What does the 2 year warranty entail?
Defini provides a two-year limited warranty on its hair dryer products. If your product exhibits any defects in materials or workmanship within two years from the date of purchase, we will offer repair or replacement services. Please be aware that the replacement may be a different color or an equivalent model, depending on stock availability. The warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was purchased.
How long will it take to dry my hair with defini?
The drying time varies based on your hair type. Short hair can be completely dry in just 2-3 minutes. For longer hair, reaching from the shoulders downwards, it usually takes about 5-10 minutes to fully dry. Using our diffuser attachment may extend the drying time to 10-12 minutes.
How long will my defini dryer last?
With daily usage of approximately 15 minutes, your defini is designed to perform well for up to 18 years. That means countless days of perfect hair!
How can you prevent your hair and scalp from overheating?
Defini hair dryers have a maximum temperature of 86°C to ensure your hair and scalp are safe. However, we still recommend that you keep the nozzle of the hair dryer at an appropriate distance from the hair, at a distance of about 15 centimeters. Choose an appropriate temperature and move the hair dryer from side to side while drying.
